By using imdog.ai and imcat.ai ("the Services"), you agree to these terms. Please read them — they're much shorter than most terms you'll never read.
imdog.ai and imcat.ai provide AI-powered virtual pet companions for entertainment purposes. All pets, personalities, and interactions are entirely fictional. Any emotional attachment is real and encouraged, but please also maintain real-world relationships.
The Services are completely free. We don't charge you anything, ever. If someone claims to be us and asks for payment, that is not us.
You may use the Services for personal, non-commercial entertainment. You may not: use the Services to generate harmful content, attempt to abuse or overload the AI systems, or impersonate the Services or their creators.
AI-generated content may occasionally be inaccurate, unexpected, or strange. The pets are doing their best. We are not responsible for anything your AI cat says about your life choices.
The Services, their design, and code are owned by their creators. Your conversations belong to you — we don't claim ownership over what you say to your AI pet.
We try to keep the Services available but cannot guarantee 100% uptime. Real cats also disappear for hours at a time. It happens.
The Services are provided "as is" without warranties. We are not liable for any damages arising from your use of the Services, including but not limited to excessive emotional investment in a fictional pet.
We may update these terms occasionally. Continued use of the Services after changes constitutes acceptance.
