Welcome to imdog.ai and imcat.ai ("we", "our", or "us"). This privacy policy explains how we handle information when you use our AI pet companion services.
We collect minimal data to provide our service. When you interact with your AI pet, your conversation messages are sent to our server to generate responses. We do not persistently store your conversations beyond the current session.
We do not require account creation, email addresses, or any personal identification information to use our service.
Conversation data is used solely to generate AI pet responses in real time. We do not sell, share, or use your conversation data for advertising purposes.
We use Google's Gemini AI to power pet responses. Your messages are processed by Google's API in accordance with Google's Privacy Policy. We use Google's AI responsibly and do not send any personally identifiable information to their API.
We use browser localStorage to remember your pet's name and breed between sessions. No tracking cookies are used. No advertising pixels are deployed.
Our service is intended for users 13 and older. We do not knowingly collect data from children under 13.
Session data is held in server memory and discarded when the server restarts. We do not maintain long-term databases of user conversations.
